Shipping Policy

2020 Holiday Shipping Update

US Customers

Orders placed after December 16th will most likely arrive after December 25th.

Canadian Customers

Until December 18th, if you select Expedited Shipping at checkout we will guarantee your delivery by December 24th. On all orders placed after December 14th, if you select Standard Shipping, we'll try our best to deliver your order to you by the 24th but it is not guaranteed.

When will my order ship?

Orders ship within 48 hours of being received from Monday - Friday.

Where do you ship?

We ship domestically as well as internationally. For international shipments, we cover the cost of customs and import duties.

Orders are shipped from our head office in Ontario, Canada as well as our warehouse in Chicago, IL.

How do I track an order once it has been shipped?

If a tracking number is available, you will receive an automated email from us with your tracking information.

How do I track my Fill it Forward sticker order?

If you selected Standard Sticker Shipping with Tracking you will receive a tracking number for your order.

If you selected, Standard Sticker Shipping without Tracking you will not receive a tracking number.

We want Fill it Forward stickers to be accessible to all budgets that’s why we have chosen the two shipping methods. Standard sticker shipping without tracking will go by standard post, so you will not receive tracking information and your order will take 14-21 business days to arrive.

Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free standard shipping (2-7 business days) on all orders within Canada and on all orders over $30 within the continental USA (2-7 business days).
