What are the Cupanion Bottles made of?

Our bottles are made from Tritan - a clear, long lasting plastic that looks like glass, but is extremely durable, and can withstand day to day use! Our Cupanion bottle is also BPA free, made in the USA and is dishwasher safe.

Does every bottle come with a Fill it Forward sticker?

Yes! Every Cupanion bottle ships with a colorful bottle sticker that connects to the Fill it Forward app.

Where is the best place to put my Fill it Forward sticker?

We recommend placing your Fill it Forward sticker on the top, rounded side or flat side. There should not be an creases on the barcode, this will cause issues with scanning.

Does the Cupanion bottle have a warranty?

Yes, all of our products come with our Friends for Life™ guarantee. Our Friends for Life guarantee, we'll replace any one of our products or parts if a manufacturing defect occurs during the lifetime of the product.

I've lost my bottle lid, can I get another?

Yes! Our lids are available for purchase here. 

Does the Cupanion bottle hold carbonation?

Yes it does, the Cupanion Bottle can hold carbonation for up to 8 days.
